The Idaho Matadors are a non-profit organization that provides an opportunity for athletes in the Treasure Valley to continue their football careers beyond that of high school or college. The members of the team descend from diverse backgrounds yet work together and share a common passion for the game of football.
The Matadors believe in clean, aggressive, highly competitive football. Continuously, the team strives to represent itself as a professional organization built with hard work and dedication.
The 2012 season is about to kickoff and it all begins with the annual Rocky Mountain Football League meeting this weekend. The first order of business will be to vote on new teams seeking membership, six teams will be making their case to join the league. Here are some other items on the league agenda.

7. All Star Game, Neutral Site Championship Games, Coordinating the two: Having a Neutral Site to host both the AA & AAA Championship game, and/or even coordinating it with an all star game?
The Matadors will be represented by General Manager/Head Coach Jesus Jara and Defensive Coordinator Tom Dowers. More to come soon, the 2012 season kicks off in April.

INDOOR PRACTICE DATES ANNOUNCED:
All practices will run from 9:30pm to Midnight.
The field should be available at 9:15pm to begin loosening up, we will start at 9:30pm sharp.

Practice Facility - Goalz Indoor Soccer, 1505 Industrial Way, Caldwell, ID
From Boise take I-84 west to Caldwell, Take Exit 29 (Franklin Exit) and turn left on the exit.
Turn Left on Specht, Turn Left on Commercial Way, take that road back until it becomes Industrial. Turn Right on Industrial and the building will be on the left hand side.

The RMFL provides over 1200 players the opportunity to continue to enjoy the game of football. The league is now represented in four states by 29 teams in Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. Players with High School, College, CFL, AFL, AFL2 and NFL experience come together for one more shot at glory!!
